Only what you type into the contact form:

• your name and work email address (required);
• your organisation (optional);
• the subject of your request and your message.

The site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement, advertising or tracking tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your details are used only to reply to you and follow up the exchange. No newsletter, never shared for marketing, never sold or rented.

4. Recipients and processors

Your messages are read only by the SKEION team. They reach us by email through Web3Forms, a form-relay service operated by Web3Creative (India) with servers in the United States, acting as a processor. Sending the form therefore involves a transfer of data outside the European Union. 5. Retention

Your messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up the exchange, and no longer than [TO BE COMPLETED: maximum period] after the last contact.

6. Your rights

7. Local storage in your browser

By default, the site stores nothing in your browser. If, and only if, you use the “Pause animation” button of the home page animation, your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, key skeion-motion), so that the animation stays paused, or running, on your next visits. Your language is not stored: the English and French versions have separate addresses.

This setting never leaves your device. It only serves an interface feature you asked for and is therefore exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

8. Fonts and third-party resources

• Fonts are served by this site itself: no request is sent to Google.
• The home page animation is served by this site itself, like its scripts and images: no third-party library or resource is loaded when a page is displayed.
• Sending the form contacts the Web3Forms service (see section 4).
• Links to other sites, such as CNRS Innovation, are subject to their own policies.

9. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted in France by o2switch (see the legal notice). Like any web host, o2switch processes technical connection data (IP address, date, requested page) for security and operation. [TO BE COMPLETED: log retention period]
